Insurance rates (canada)

Just wondering what u all are paying for insurance rates on ur TLS?.. Im 18, had 1 ticket(i wuz a friggin idiot at age 16, with new licence. Im thankful for the cop pulling me over and giving me a ticket. Prolly saved my life in doing so)

Right now im signed on with my father as a part time driver even though he has his own car to drive. Im going off to university next year and , my dad is like instead of being signed on all three of our cars, it might be cheaper to go with the TLS full time, and not get screwed over by the insurance company. Currently, JUST FOR ME part time, i am paying $2800 for our SUV, 1200 for TLS, and the other car(truck) i dunno, cuz the insurance in that car is covered by dad's business and covers his workers as well so theres no individual number for me. The TLS insurance is about to be renewed and im certian its gonna go up.

I would suggest enquiring about you being the principal driver on the TL-S. FYI, it is not wise to suggest you are a part time driver on the TL-S, when in fact you are the principal driver. It may never come up, but if you are ever in a serious accident and your insurance company finds out about this misrepresentation, you can have your policy cancelled abantio, meaning they will return your premium and refuse to pay the claim and that can mean bankruptcy for you or your father, depending on who owns the car. Lets just say it gets ugly.

Now I am not saying that an 18 year old should not have a TL-S, (okay, yes I am), but you must pay through the teeth for insurance for this car, given your age.

When I was 18, I would have been in serious trouble driving a TL-S as how could I control not driving the shiet out of it.
