so does the 04+TL 6spd tranny fit the J32a type S? or does it only fit the J35? I remember that it did not because the bolt pattern was different. I recall only the CL-S and the Accord 6sp worked.
It will basically all the first gen J-series engines and some second gen J-Series.
If I recall, on an MDX block, bellhousings are a little different. Slight modification for it to fit.
Gave it to Tam. He has it on his car.

lolNo but seriously, starting the end of this summer...I've been talking to Adam and Miguelle about different options. I just don't know which route I want. I think I'm going to start getting all the tranny swap pieces and then work on motor and what not...

Here are a couple vids of Xquisit's TLP and I going at it.
Let him gun it first then I just lightly throw it in gear and let the engine do it's work.
Running rich @ WOT and still untuned. We will have a rematch when he gets his "almighty" J36 build.
It will then be a driver's race.
3rd vis is a 1st-3rd pull. Still pulls hard with the added torque. I'm going easy on it with TCS on and Yes, I still need to reset my SRS light.

but he doesnt, the mirror has the "object is closer than they appear" on it.
that warning is only on the passenger side, that means the picture was flipped horizontally causing that illusion :thumpsup:

That's is a bad ass set up!! I am definitely a fan!! I read thru all the post about all the different tranny's that can be used, but do we know about auto tranny's too? I just thought I'd throw it out there since I didn't see it anywhere, and it would even cost less time and money.

Please elaborate! ? I know my tranny is a ticking time bomb, but the manual trannys like 04 TL- 04 Accord fit on the 99-03 tl. Will an auto tranny also fit, and would it be more reliable.
