inspection question

if i take out my resonators, will i still be able to pass the state inspection?

I don't think you will. I had to sign a paper saying that I would not modify any of that stuff, so I don't think you'd pass. Being that you're in Queens, you probably had to sign something similar. If you lived in Putnam County or something you'd be OK b/c the emissions is a lot looser up there....
