Our XLR8 mounts have in our experience had less vibration than Innovative mounts. We also use a larger bushing so they last longer too.

If you want it firmer then you want the 75A bushings, which are a street/strip setup.

I have a set of the XLR8 mounts but have not installed them yet because they are just now pouring the slab that will become my work area for car. I can tell you that they are very well made and extremely strong. These will not break like oem mounts. As far as vibration I cannot speak from experience but I've been told its just a bit more than factory but nothing that is disruptive or annoying.
