My dad wants to make his tl type s Powerful.. WHat is the comptech supercharger specs and what does the 1/4 show?
He already has headers and downpipe.. What do you think he will get in the 1/4 if he gets this comptech supercharger?

heard that comptech quit making our superchargers due to lack of sales. talk to "tl lady
" think she got one of the last superchargers. she is a steady member of this forum

Comptech stopped development on the TL-P / CL-P Supercharger... They did not however stop production on the TL-S / CL-S supercharger. You can still buy them with no problems ... however, they are built to order, so it takes some time to get it.

Up until a few weeks ago... this site was still selling it, but for whatever reason, it stopped.... but they run for about $4,000 and that's w/o labor... I believe, though... it does comes with the "Icebox" as part of the package. Then, of course.... they advice you getting the headers and exhaust done as well... so do the math, it ain't cheap.

Done get me wrong... I love my TL-S, but if I had money like that to blow... I'd just trade the car in for something else, and use that money (that I would've spend on the supercharger/headers/exhaust/labor) towards down payment.

theres a huge thread in the SC in a-world. check it out...

it seems to make some good power numbers but for the 1/4 ur still lookin at the high 13's to the low 14's.........

i am saving up for the SC but dont really want it as once that is in theres nothing more you can do to get additional power.... which spoils the game i think..... but it will be worth it
