inexpensive coilovers
why are the http://skunk2.com coilovers so inexpensive compared to the other coilovers? are they not as comfortable? would it be better to get those or springs+shocks?

skunk2 is not a REAL coilover setup where you get new shocks/struts nor are the threads on the actual bodies of the shocks/struts (ie, apexi/tein). skunk2 is a conversion kit...a threaded sleeve to slip over stock shocks/struts and a super short coil spring...that's it. also, real coilovers offer dampening rates on the shocks/struts that will work well with the spring rates/stiffness to offer a good ride.

I had the Ground Control coilovers on my Prelude, loved em, never had a problem in the 5 years I had em on. Used them and Tokico blue shocks, very comfortable set up...... stiff, but not too stiff, and not bouncy at all, hugged the road
