Incomplete HID kit received from DDM

So 2 weeks ago I order 2 raptor kits 1- 35W 9006 5K for my fogs and 1- 55W D2R bulb 6K for my lows. So I recieved the parcel 2 days ago and I open it with excitement only to be frustrated. My 55W kit has no wiring, no adapter or socket whatsoever. :thumbsdow There's only the ballast with a little wire hanging out of it and the bulbs itself. I dunno if its a mistake on their part or this kit comes like this. I submitted a ticket on their website and its saturday so no answer atleast for 3 days.

the low beam doesn't need a harness or anything...

you just replace the bulbs.

it shouldn't be a kit unless you're doing the cheaper replacement method due to dead oem ballast/ignitor

this is what you should've gotten for your D2R

replacement bulbs... not a kit

don't know why they would send you ballasts.

Yeah, unless your OEM ballast crapped out all you have to do is replace the bulb.

My ballast failed, thats why I orders a KIT to change the ballast and the bulbs. My foglight kit has some wiring and a socket for the bulb to plug in but my 55W kit for the lows came only as a ballast and bulbs thats it.

I left the kit at my friends garage so can't snap any pics ..
So if I want to replace the OEM hid kit for my lows, what was the exact kit that I should have ordered from DDM?
Theres one specific D2R/S kit that costs about 5 times the price of the raptor kit. I ordered the raptor kit, 55W option and chose the D2R bulb from the list. Is it okay or I should have chose the more expensive specific D2R kit ?

if your ballast did die on you then you''ll need, H1H7-to-9006-Adaptor-Cable, and D2S-Adaptor-Cables-Pair. i didnt know i needed the h1h7 to 9006 adapter cable until after i received my kit. luckily i still had a set of my old hid kit and just used some old parts from that as my h1h7 to 9006 adapter.

But aren't they suppose to send D2S-Adapter Cable (15$ @ DDM) with my kit? I chose D2R Bulbs in their bulb selection and they cost 15$ more than other bulbs. As for H1H7-to-9006-Adapter-Cable will I really need them cuz I have purchased D2R bulbs, would there still be need for this ?

Thats a pain... I tried a calling card but with that u can't press numbers for directory options. I called from my cell phone and waited more than 10 mins for an answer then I hanged up. Long distance charges would quickly catch up the price difference over other retailer/distributers...

Today I went to install my foglight kit and guess what 1 raptor ballast isn't working. The mechanic plug one of his own ballast and the bulb lit up. And not only that, now one of the bulbs is not the temperature I asked for. This could be the ballast but I tried 2 different ballast of the garage and the bulb lit the same color. The working DDM ballast n bulb is much more bluer. So I'm confused as to what could be the cause here. Screw DDM

At least then you'd have the power of the Acurazine forum to back you up. Now you're just on your own. Good luck.
