anyone have a number for this company. i am getting completely ignored on numerous Emails.

it took nearly a week after payment to even hear from the guy, then i got 1 email that said item will be shipped today, on monday.
havent heard anything since. he said it would take two days. and im a patient person, but the whole "no contact" thing is starting to freak me out a bit.

you used paypal too right you can always contact paypal and tell them you havent recieved the item and they can investigate they will email super computers and if they dont respond they will take that will give you your money and deal with supercomputers on there own

yea, my last resort was retracting payment.
even if it was sent 5-7 day ground mail, he could at least notify me and tell me. i got nothing. and im short 155 bucks with no product.
and i agree above. i do want them. but this is almost a rediculous amount of stress over such a simple task. i work two jobs and i could ship something out and provide tracking in just one day. =/

im glad for people who recieved his products and communication in a timely manner. but i do not reccomend if you're used to being on point with your online buys.
had to file a claim this morning due to non-communication and was not laughed at despite being told so. monday is deadline for a refund claim im letting paypal try to contact him over the weekend to see if theres anyway we can still get the item shipped.

although i may not get my refund until 30 days
hopefully it will come sooner, its not looking like i'll have any trouble getting my refund back in a timely manner, as he hasn't contacted me, or answered paypal as well.
i should have seen that this has happened to somebody before for months and realized maybe it was a bad idea.
not sure if i can do this, but i do not advise ANYONE to purchase from this seller as a result of the way he treated this customer. he not only doesn't care, but does not value people who pay money for his services.
F- in all categories for me. although i know he will continue to sell on this site as it seems he is in cahoots with the mods
good luck to purchasers in the future, i hope that if you do buy from him, that you have a smooth and quick transaction.

Just installed my sills
I just installed my Illuminated Door Sills on my 06 TL. Here are pics just after I finished. Will take pics tonight and post tomorrow showing how they look at night.

looks great.. too bad i didnt get a damn thing from him... not even a refund... he emailed me wednesday of last week and said hes been out the country and he'd get it all fixed the next day.. guess who hasnt heard shit from him?.....
and when i took my problem to a mod. instead of looking into the issue they told me to chill out... i guess there can be politics even on web forums.. this guy shouldnt be allowed to do business if he treats people like this...

i even had somebody PM me that said they ordered something a month ago and arent getting emails returned either...
its complete BS just because hes been here for years and sent alot of people things doesnt mean this should be overlooked because its one person..
