I put stock springs back in and still have harsh ride

I know this is supposed to be in suspension column, but I need help asap and this column gets more hits.
I put stock springs back because I thought H&R springs were a bit harsh for me.
However, when I put stock springs back in, it did not feel any better than H&R sport. Also, ride quality was almost the same as h&r sport.
My question is.... Would worned out rubber thing that is located on top mount with two pieces(upper and lower part) give me harsh ride? The rubber piece does not show any sign of wear, but it seems little pushed in from over 90,000 miles.
If it affects the quality of ride, would replacement of rubber piece for new ones give much better ride? I'm really getting tired for seeking for comfort ride. It feels like I'm driving some cheap car.
BTW, I have tokico blues.
Am I just too sensitive?
