Thumbs up I owe many of you a lot of thanks!!!!!

Here's why I am grateful to so many of you:

You guys helped me to understand the pros and cons of this decision I've made to upgrade from 01 TL to 02 TL-S. Many of you have already done the same thing I'm doing. I felt like I had many of you with me while making the deal because your input helped make it happen.

Because of all the information on here I was able to negotiate an incredibly good deal on the 02TL-S/Navi, with a trade-in on my ten month old 01TL/Non-Navi. I leveraged three different dealers in So Cal by using the information I gathered on here.

MY LEASE PAYMENT WENT FROM $427 ON THE TL, TO $405 ON THE TL-S W/NAVI! Pretty hard to believe.

I've heard all the good and bad, and still feel certain that this is the best car for me to drive.

I'll post another thread so I can share the key part of my deal for those of you who are thinking about doing the same thing I did.

Thanks again to everyone.

MAN! I GOTTA GET RID OF THE LEGEND WHILE THEY ARE STILL HOT! DO YOU THINK I WOULD GET A GOOD TRADE IN?

I do think you'd get a good trade-in. Acura loves to take Legends in as trade, and the resale value should be pretty good. Check out www.kbb.com to see what its worth.

Just do it already!

Cool

Sounds like you got an excellent deal! I guess you'll have to change your name to "Tea Elle Ess" now!

Later,

V.

Is that a straight finance you went into or a lease? That is a very low mo. payment. I remember you mentioning somewhere in this board that you had to fork over $2k(?) to get out of your 2000 TL?

I guess there are also Acura loyalty discounts as well...?

Its a 48 month lease. It's costing me $1800 to get out of the TL, not too bad actually, considering how many things changed on the car since 2001.
