No matter which exhaust you get, don't expect any gains. You're probably looking in the 1-3hp range. Our exhaust is so free-flowing as it is that you really can't squeeze to much more out of it....especially with an axle-back setup.
Personally I went with the Comptech. #1 Comptech specializes in Honda/Acura parts. #2 The Comptech exhaust seems to finish off the car perfectly, both in sound and appearance. The HKS sounds similar (haven't heard the Greddy), but I think the HKS and the Greddy look too big for this car. Again, this is my opinion, some people like it. If I had to choose between the HKS and the Greddy, I'd choose the HKS, but out of all 3, I went with the Comptech....
Here's a pic... for more, check out the TL section on my website in my sig....

It also depends on whether or not you are concerned about interior noise. Even Comptech's give you a substantial increase in cabin noise, if you don't want the internal noise, it may be worth your while to wait 4 - 8 weeks

I just got my Comptechs installed Monday. I have to say it is great, the noise is not loud at all. There is a increase in cabin noise, but sitting in the driver's seat it isn't annoying. I do feel a gain, but not much. And it definitely looks a lot better. The tips are not as huge like the HKS or Greddy. Just the right size for a sports sedan.

I thought that the Remus required some modification and wasn't a straight bolt-on?? I could've sworn I read that on here actually.....
Heck, if it fits (and sounds sweet) I may switch... those things are hot.....

You are right, it is not a straight bolt on..it does require some modifications, I guess that's why people are not willing to buy it...but I really like the looks of the tips...that's why i was saying i will give the FULL Report...

comptech or remus
ok so in conclusion you are basically saying that comptech is the best quality and our tl-s are already free flowing so not to anticipate a big hp increase,,so go with the best best quality nicest looking, and most faborable sound...so whats the deal with remus they are german and usually supply for bimmers..plus its a universal kit???why would you install that over a comptech..is their something i dont know besides the dual tips on each side
