the bulb behind me clock went out on my 2000 tl...how the hell do you get the dash offf????

start from the console box.
and work your way forward.

there are 2 big screws at the bottom of console compartment..under the little carpet.

it is fairly easy.

all you have to do is take out the 2 screws in the area under the dash infront of the steering wheel. then find a place to start pulling straight out on the black dash piece. once out far enough to start unplugging wires reach your hand in and start unplugging. make sure you dont have the ignition on at all durring this.
