I got my HKS exhaust installed (pics)

I had the piping extended and the small resonator removed and replaced with a 2 1/4" pipe. I might be putting the resonator back on because it's too loud for my taste.

Looks tight! I'm not much for loud exaust but I love the way it looks, especially on Anthracite. Good job!

i did the same thing about 2 years ago, except i took out the large resonator. i always wanted to put it back, but i can swear it gives me lots of HP i've just learned to live with the sound. most ppl say its not loud and sounds perfect.

I only took out the smaller resonator and can barely handle that. I can't imagine how much louder it would be if I took out the larger resonator instead.

That's not a bad idea!! I didn't think of doing that! Even though the comptech aren't loud, my mom doesn't really like it when I drive her. Are they easy to put on and take off?

Well, I'm getting used to the sound since it does disappear after 2500rpm. So I might just leave it the way it is.

Twenty03 Type-S:
I'm from Pomona and I got the exhaust installed at Valley Muffler in City of Industry. They charged me $120.
