today i wash my car, and notice there like alot of dot on the driver side. i try to scratch it off and it's pen ink, it's smear on my car. well, anyway is there anything to clean it out safely with out smearing the ink everywhere on my car? thank in advance.

wow ink....haven't heard of that before. Ummm....try using some rubbing alcohol, because that's how i get any grit or dirt off my car before i stick on stuff.
