I give up... Comptech exhaust Q

Okay, what actually comes in the box when you purchase a Comptech exhaust?

I see on Ebay some people selling Comptech "mufflers." What I don't see is any piece of piping coming from the back of the muffler (hence, the axle-back "part").

So what gives?

Okay, so I'm not an idiot.

I e-mailed the seller and he told me "that's the way it comes." WTF?

They are over $450 right now. Man, there's gonna be one pissed off buyer...

Yeah he's screwing somebody. Hopefully he'll get reported to eBay. I just emailed the current high bidder.

He is saying, though, he's selling mufflers and not the Comptech exhaust.

Oh well. Thanks everyone for clarifying that for me.

If it go over $400, why not just get one brand new here from Tim?

Hey, be careful. The mufflers for each of these cars are slightly different (tl vs. cl vs. accord). I know as the shop I bought mine from gave me the ones for an accord and they were too short and did not had right. They were side ways. The shop replaced them with the right ones and now they are not lopsided.

Comptech Exhaust

Geeforce is right, I got screwed over because I was trying to save money buying used parts. I bought the Comptech header and exhausts from a CL driver.

He told me the parts will fit fine on my TL and when I tried to install the parts at my local car shop, I found out the header fits fine, but not the exhausts. The CL ones are little bit shorter and not as wide compared to the TL ones even though you would not have any problem bolting them on, but definitely it looks really weird when you have the Wings West W-Type kit on. So my man, you better watch out that ebay seller!
