It's easy. Unscrew the two screws on each buckle and take it apart. Lube the area where the grey component touches the black part. The grey component travels up and down when you push the red botton. You can also lube the spring that's inside the buckle. Put everything back together and you are done!! I totally got rid of my passenger and driver side buckle squeaks!!! awesome!

Question

What did you use for a lubricant? I was thinking of just spraying WD-40 in there but it probably won't last....

yeah i used WD-40. I will have to see how long it lasts... if it doesn't last then I will try something else like grease....

it says "A fix for the squeaky seat belt fastener" but it's not. It is actually a fix for the seat itself, not the seat belt buckle. I tried that once and fixed my seat squeaks too

Thanks for the tip.

Both seatbelt fasteners sqeak on bumps. The passenger side only when someone is in the seat. Sounds like some old coil bed-spring action.

YooDubya-

Thanks for the info.. what great timing, my front passenger seat belt buckle just started to sqeak this weekend..

I'm getting damn tired of these noises... I'm still trying to figure out a cheap way to get rid of the read deck clicking next to the sub..
