headers about 28 or 30 hp I think
Cold air intake maybe 6 or 8
Exhaust 1 or 2 at most

You can attain 300 crank HP fairly easily.

I wouldnt get the Icebox...unless you have the extra $250....My reasons...1) no extra sound (you may not care, but I do). 2) price vs. other CAI's 3) no new looks 4) also, Im not convinced on the actuall performance vs others.

Right now I have the intake resonator taken out with a K&N air filter in it....this is basically the same exact set up as the Comptech Icebox except the filter is a cone shape, vs the flat K&N. In other words the way I have it now, it sucks air from the bottom of the housing from the same area that the Comptech does, has a high flow filter like the Comptech. The Comptech doesnt add anything "different" than what I have now.

I do plan on getting a CAI, probably the new V2 from AEM, when I get the money though. Some people just swear by Comptech, but I cant justify the extra money needed.

my 2 cents
