How to install front lip on 2000 TL

I want to know how to install a front lip on my 2000 TL. I found instructions, but are only for a 2002 TL-S. Thanks!!

Installation of Front lower lip

Ran into the same problem. If you check closely the lower part of your bumper has to be removed. On the underside you can see various fastners, remove all of them and the stock lower portion can be removed. Then just slide the new lower lip on and reinstall the fasteners.
