How to install front license plate bracket???? (02 tl)

I bought a front license plate bracket for my 2002 tl. How do you install it???

Do not drill holes in the front bumper! There should be holes in the bracket itself. Hold the bracket to the bumper and look under it to see where they go. Then just twist the screws into the bumper.

there should be two predrilled holes on the bottom of the bumper right above the fog lights

Not above the fogs, the holes are above the lower grill in the center. Two holes, with two metal eyelets for the bolts.

if its the oem bracket, it should be pretty self explanatory when holding it up to the car..
