How to get around the Park Brake Safety For Video on Navi.
Where can I connect the blue park brake wire to have the navi. working while driving...For my children in the back on long trips.

My in dash video monitor is factory set to only work while the parking brake is up. It's easily bypassed by having that wire hooked up to a toggle switch instead of the parking brake. The monitor doesn't know the difference.

Had a '99 TL w/Navigation system,factory chrome wheels,kit,deck spoiler, burlwood shift knob and V-1 radar detector before it was totalled due to flood damage.
Now I have a '01 BMW X5
