how do you take off the rear bumper for 2000 tl?

I believe it's just a bunch of plastic clips. Look under the bumper. Should be two bolts on either end by the rear quarter panels, and the rest just those expandable plastic clips.

the 2 flat clips in the wheel wells are nearly immpossible not to break. get some extras just in case.

other than that its pretty staight forward

Don't forget to take out the rear mud guard if there is.....
