How do I remove plastic clips?

Step I in removal of bumper calls for unscrewing the bolt with a 10mm wrench. DONE.. then it says remove the plastic clips. These plastic clips, do they twist off, pry off, pulled off WHAT????Do they come off completely ? I manage to loosen one off by twisting a flat screwdriver between the clip and the bumper plastic, Do I try to yank them off? PLEASE HELP
Thanks

If it's the ones I think you are talking about, the center portion (post) of these clips pulls out from the body of the entire clip. That releases tension so that you can then remove the entire clip assembly easily. I used two small, short, flat blade screw drivers to pry on each side of the center post of these clips when I needed to remove those plastic covers underneath the fog lights.

The clip is actually 2 pieces, if you dont want to break it, first pry the inner part out a little bit with a flathead screwdriver, THEN remove the whole thing. Then inner part pops out but shouldnt come out entirely until u remove the whole thing
