Depending upon how deep the scratches are you have a few options:
Clear coat scratches can be buffed out using a few scratch removal compounds that detail shops use. I can post the one I used yesterday when I get back home to look it up. These compounds are clearcoat safe, and can be rubbed in by hand and buffed off like wax. The end result is a removal of the surface scratches and buff marks in the clear coat, but deeper scratches only get minimized.
Larger/ deeper scratches will probably require some sort of touching up. Chips are easier as they can be filled in and the "blob" removed with a few available compounds. It supposed ly works on some scratches too. Look up http://www.langka.com fro more info. Otherwise, scratches may require an airbrush or one hell of a hand if brushing. Good luck.

Hey yu888, have you tried Langka yet?
I went to their website and it looked pretty good. I wonder if it's too good to be true.
Let me know if you've used it (Langka) before because I am going to order it soon.
Thanks for the info.

I just tried it on my sister's accord (gotta fix the little stuff to sell it) and she had a scratch on the bumper. I touched it up this weekend, and received the Langka today. It works, but be careful...it is strong. I ended up taking more than I wanted off, so back to touch up paint. I think it will look better that if you just touch it up or spray it. I'd say get it and try it out. It might take me a few tries, but Ithe parts that did not come off look good!
If the scratches aren't that deep, more like surface scratches, use 3M's Glaze w/the foam polishing pad. That $hit works miracles. Just did my neighbors black Dodge R/T truck and his shine is sooo deep. Be sure to lay a good coat of wax after you're done.
