1. turn traction control off
2. put into SS
3. press brake all the way
4. punch the gas while still holding the brake
do the the little 1,2,3 and let go of the brake hold the gas smashed and I usually shift at the red (6200 rpm or whatever it is).
hope this helps

These do not make you any faster, tried it many times at the track. Seems like it (because more wheel spin) but your just hurting your tranny and brakes over time, no performance gains.
1) 100% turn TSA off. If you had it on, and lost by even a car length, there is still hope for you I've losts by cars, only to win by turning it off on the next run.
2) For Street races from a stop SS doesn't help much as you can't control the one-two shift anyhow, or at least you shouldn't be going that fast to get to 2-3 If you really want to edge it out and only need to make up a hands reach, throw it over to D1, and smack it to the right right on the first redline, or just play it safe and leave it in D5 as it shifts really high in the 1 to 2 shift, just as well as in SS
3) this may apply more for the TLS, but GET BETTER TIRES. I sware this is the biggest POS part on our cars and well help A LOT. Any mods on my car before tires just results in more wheels spins. These mmx piolts sux in handling and traction!
