2 questions!

1) where is the transmitter located for the home link?

2) has any one noticed or am i the only one, i have about twice the range driving away from my house as i do coming towards the house while trying to open or close the garage door

For some reason I can't program my HomeLink with my garage door opener. In my parents' Camry it works fine.

do you have a roaming code garage door opener?

i had to open up my transmitter to see where the attenna and hold it up to the homelink and wait a long time
it should work afterwards

i was just out playing with it and i have a 150 ft +- range advantage going away from the garage door as compared to going toward it
