Hole in exhaust

My friend told me that by putting an intake in your stock exhaust will start to burn a hole in it. Is this true? and will an intake void my warranty?

Well an intake has nothing to do with exhaust. I'd be interested in how he came to this conclusion.

i meant to saw was having in intake along with your stock exhaust.

Intake won't void your warranty unless you get hydrolock from it.
