? HiD Low beams

Has anyone installed there own. Do you have to remove the bumper to change out your lights? I am asking this question because some reason all the import shops by my house havent been opened for a couple months i think they went out of business but i have to drive kinda far to get them installed and it is 2 different prices. If they have to take it off its like 1 something if not its only 35. So i am wondering if i have to take it off

This link will help you replace low beam HID yourself. It's very easy.
