HID auto

I know a friend who has a CL-S that activates his HID's from long distance. I think he just unlocks his doors with the remote and they turn on. Can we to this?

Sure can! I do it all the time at night. All you have to do is leave the HID lights on when you leave the car. Then after 15secs, the lights turn off automatically so when you push the unlock button on the remote, the HIDs turn on again.

it will not really KILL the battery, because it will shut off by itself, but if somehow it's left on the whole night, then potentially yes...

I leave me lights on all the time. It won't kill your battery. No worries, auto-off means auto-off.

i do the same thing but usually only at night.... it looks tight and awes people when i do it... sometimes i pretend to speak into the alarm remote to say "headlights on" and turn in on.... good trick to play on them people who dunno that much about cars oh and it's also useful when you wanna locate your car in a parking lot at night
