Help on replacing the A\C Filter

I know that it is something to do with removing the glove box.

can someone please elaborate a little bit more on taking out the filter before i take my whole car a part.

Thanx.

All you need to do is take the glove box off and the filter is located behind it. There are two screws on the side and it should come off easily. There will be a plastic covering which you would need to cut and make a opening and then you will see the filters. just replace it and put everything back in opposite order.

you can go to autozone or baxter or even the dealer and ask for a a/c cabin filter. it should have two pieces in the box.

I gotta do this too... how much should it be and should be looking for any particular brands over the other? Or is the OEM one the best?

I got mine at Autozone...like 20 bucks for both. Doesnt matter what brand - they are just filters.

got the filter at pepboys, 20 bux.

it took about 15 mins to install, and my old filters were extremely filthy. After the replacement the air flow is better and the smell is clean.
