if there small bubbles (little ones) they should go away in a week or two. use the defogger that wont hurt. just dont roll your windows down for a few days

Like fsttyms1 said the bubbles are no big deal. It's soap water btw the window and the tint. Tint places use it to allows them to move the tint on your window befre it adheres. It normally takes about 3 days to dry out in the summer so a week to a week and a half is right on.

Don't roll the windows down or use the defogger for at least 3 days (to be on the safe side). That's what I did and no problem here.

The bubbles are more noticeable with platnium tint becuase there is supposingly real metal in it. I had 2 of my cars tinted platnium. Good luck.

Don't roll the windows down for like 3 days at least
and use your lock just in case one of your passengers want to roll them down. Bubbles should go away in case it does not just go back and have them correct the situation. I would like to see the tint on your car if you cannot post here then could you e-mail to LLG298@yahoo.com.

Thanks

Take it back to the shop and have them look at it...they will either redo the window b/c there was a hair caught in the tint or they'll try and pop the tint with a needle and squeegee the air/water out. I don't recommend you doig it b/c if you mess up you're going to have to repay to get it tinited again.

Since you live in MA, isn't the maximum tint allowed only 35% I hope you don't get pulled over for it!
Where did you get it done and how much did it cost? And how does it look? I'd like to know what platinum tint looks like.
Thanks...

Yes, you're correct he does. But the number is the amount of light transmitted through the window, so lower number is darker. Lower than 35% = illegal. 50% = perfectly fine.

The bubbles in the rearwindshield is prolly becuase of the dot matrix at the top of the windshield. I don't know if this is what you're talkin' 'bout.... but I have the same problem.....

Mine has no problem with the dot matrix at all, my tint guy didn't even have to sand or shave down the dot matrix, he just tint over it

This is weird , the dot matrix at the top turns out fine. but the bottom part there are like 4 bubles. Grrhhhhhh!! this pissed me off. Cant seem to get a hold of the guy who did it for me. But someone suggested that to take a needle and poke tiny hole and sqeegee it out. I gonna try that if i cant get a hold of the guy by next week.

Were most of the pics taken before the mirror tints? They don't look too strong.

Also, is that your garage? Holy cow, your space is tight!
