Help installing short air ram...

I am in the process of switching out stock air ram in favor of a short air ram. The aluminum tube that I bought has 2 little holes. The stock rubber flow has 3 additional tubes that hold 3 popsicle-shaped tubes that is tucked away behind the battery. My aluminum tube does not have slots to accommodate this. Is it ok if I install the short air ram without that 3 additional tubes?

i installed an AEM short ram intake in my TL... u only need those two holes...the other holes r for the radiator coolant...just bypass it by pluggin them into each other so it still flows continously..after u install the short ram intake it will not pass thru ur intake any longer. no biggy
