Help installing PIAA 1700x

Hey, need some help installing the PIAA 1700x fog lights onto my 2001 TL. Hoping someone had done it before and could give me tips and pointers before I jack up my car.

Where are you going to mount them, in the grill opening or are you going to cut the fake fog openings?
