The only way condensation gets in there is because of gaps in your sealant (silicon). Just reseal it and put a nice, solid beads of silicon and push the two together and use a rubber band or seomthing to hold the two together tightly. Make sure there is no "gap" and the sealant should spread out evenly sealing everything...It would be nice to put a thin coat on the edges to be sure there is no gap for moisture to get in.

good lord!
which method did you use to clear your headlights? i think the best method is to use the oven, since it heats the whole light evenly so that when you pull it apart, it comes off easily rather than the heatgun...
how did you reseal the light?

even if u reseal, theres a lot of moisture in there...............on a real hot sunny day, leave your high beam bulb out and the hood up..........itll dry out most of it cuz i had the same problem..only thing with mine, it busted my HID ignitors...so i had to buy stock headlight casings get it fixed...........
so if u dont like all that sealant on there, get new casings on this site and try the oven technique and take your time

Aren't they supposed to do that?
I know they're not supposed to fog up... but I've had my headlamp assembly replaced due to fogging and it still did it. So, I took it back to have them do it again and the guy at the dealership said that there's a small venting tube at the back of the assembly and that's how the moisture got in and that they weren't going to replace it because it's not a defect. Now, I live in a very dry state (Colorado) and the only time that it has happened is when I've washed my car in the mornings. Am I just being fed a line? When my headlights blow out because moisture got into them, are they going to replace them under warranty?
