Hey Boybeasy, if your blower motor is running and blowing......than it's doing it's job !
So, moving along ......ya checked the harness and replaced the resistor pack along with the relay.

What's left ? Are ya sure that ya got the right relay ?
Maybe the auto climate control mix motor or temp sensor ?
Was it doing the same thing before ya replaced the resistor ?

If all else fails: try running the self-diagnostics by turning the key on, push the "auto" button and the "off" button......keep them both pressed in.
A problem will be shown on the "temp" digital display as an error code letter. Try this and if ya get a code, maybe that will help isolate the gremlin !

I would suspect the connector-
did you physically open it up and inspect
ck for loose wires,,internal melting between the leads would explain your problem
Its not the blower motor itself--it operates when given voltage

the update connector kit is less than 20 bucks at dealer (Low as $12 from our sponsors)

what was the condition of the resistor?

hey 01tl4tl i look at the connecter it looks fine the only thing that looks bad would be the two prongs that inside the blower motor that the connecter hooks up to i did not open the blower motor but i did open the resistor and seen it was bad so i replace it with this TRANSISTOR ASSY(79330-S0K-A01) part and the relay( 056700-7410) can you please show me the update connector kit i haveint seen that ......as for 3.2tl no it didint work at all befor i replace the resistor when i got the new one it just blew air and never turn off unless i remove the resistor the blower motor it self is the only thing i didint check so far

While I'm not 100% sure, but with an automatic climate control system.....the power may be available at all times for the unit. Are the AC~ cool and the heater~ hot both available ?

Checking all of the wiring connections and grounds would be a good place to start.
Have you tried the "self diagnostics" yet ? If the motor's terminal appears funky, it's possible that the wiring connector is at fault. Try an online "Acura" parts source for the part # of the updated harness.

call any acura dealer and ask for the TL blower motor power connector update kit

its the entire connector -comes with both sides and some wires connected
you solder in
Most common place for a short causing fan to run!
