heater not working - 2003 TL-S A-spec
Just starting to get a bit cold in the mornings up here in Canada.
Turned the climate control to "AUTO" and set the temp to 24C (approx. 75F) but could not get it to deliver any heat (the engine was warm). The auto setting put the fan at a very low speed (maybe even off), and when I cranked the fan speed up manually, the air was still cold.
Will probably take it to my mechanic soon, but thought I'd try here first.

There is a cable actuated valve on one of the heater hoses near the firewall that may be stuck or the cable may be frozen and not allowing the valve to open and let warm coolant into the heater core. You could also have a faulty air blend door actuator and that is located under the dash near the glove compartment.
