Heated seat problem

My driver side heated seat doesn't seem to work. Anybody have a clue as to what can go wrong with this option? What it may cost to fix?

I am out of warranty.

It might cost a pretty penny if you are out of warranty. check with local shops and compare it to your dealer.

Lots of members had that problem including myself. The heating element needs to be replaced. I took care of mine under warranty. I've heard they need to replace the heating element insdie the seat (like $100)

Are there two elements? I can't tell if the seat is heating up at all?
