i have a 99 tl and my driver headlight seems to be peeling. there seems to be like a thin clear film peeling off. at first i thought it was just some junk stuck to the headlight but when i used my fingernail to try to remove it, it started peeling some more. weird, i've seen this before. anyone know what it is and how i can fix it or what i can do about it?
