There is a headlight fuse for each side but if you were just using the fuses from the inside slot 8 and slot 9 it will not affect that. Slot 8 I believe is ACC and slot 9 is the Instrumental Panel.

Hot as in has power or temperature wise?

if there is one for each side then it could just be a blow'n fuse right?, i did notice one of my fuses on the add a circuit to be blown but i thought i tried it again with a fresh fuse

FIXED, and yet again, Bxscig comes through huge for me, thanks man, it was just a fuse and I was lookin inside the car for it instead of under the hood...again, dont under estimate the mind of a ignorant human being
