Headlight condensation solution
I searched and saw this mentioned in a post or two but I think it is deserving of its own thread. I cleared my headlights about a year ago- they were fine for 6 months and then the driver side started to fog up after a wash or after rain. Not wanting to ruin my new HID/LED bulbs I put one of these Silica gel packets inside the light:

I twisted off the cap that seals everything and wedged the packet underneath the reflector, then replaced the cap. It has been close to 2 months now and I have had zero moisture.

that doesn't sound like a bad idea........what did you use to seal the lights bach up when you cleared them out.......i heard of people using honda bond.....and not getting any condensation.....i didn't know about honda bond until after i did my headlights and about 6 months later i started getting condensation as well.......

Why not just fix the route of the problem (being the seal)
This stuff is good stuff for sealing them up

i had a great seal. Truthfully, i think it was the fitment of the LED's that let a little of the moisture in (had to dremel out the hole a little bigger)
When i cleared them, i sealed them back up with aquarium grade silicone sealant
