Anyone got it? It's for 99-08 TLs. Just published October 2009. Any opinions on it?



I know most people will say it won't hold a dime to the actual Helms Service Manual, but that's three thick books or a 800MB file. The Haynes manual you can easily carry & use as a quick reference.

I have not seen that manual. I have the 800MB electronic version.

That's a 3G on the cover and it does says it covers from 1999-2008, which are the 2G and 3G production years. I'd be careful it doesn't gloss over the 2G and have more 3G content, assuming you have a 2G. Other than that, it should be OK for general information. You should know that these manuals are usually abridged copies of the factory manuals. They just leave out a lot of the more detailed stuff.

I wouldn't think the 2G and 3G have enough in common to make one manual for both practical, but maybe I'm wrong.
