I like to park at the end of mall lots , ta get away from
all the idiots with junkers , only problem is, at this time
of year , even the far out corners of lots are full.

 

here's a solution...don't drive???



j/k, yah unfortunately all the car enthusiasts have this problem. parking lots are too damn full during the holiday season.

 

If there is a parking deck, the roof is usually open. If your at the Garden State Plaze in NJ, don't even bother looking for a spot, just go to the parking decks and head straight for the roof, it's usually empty with a spot decently close to the door. Just take the stairs down 2 flight or the elevator. People are always too lazy to actually go to the roof or to walk down the stairs.

 

Do your shopping online. I can't stand mall parking lots and mall congestion in general. Sad truth is that if you find a sweet spot next to another nice car and think you're safe, there's a good chance that the other nice car will leave before you and some jolapie will replace it. Which puts you back to square one.

My TL-S is off limits to malls or anywhere near them this season. I told my wife that if she wants to go shopping, take the cab. I ain't battling for spots, risking confrontations with idiotic drivers and risking grandmas slamming their doors on my car. Ain't worth the couple of bucks she is supposedly going to save.

Screw that.
