Are you talking about those electric turbo/boat blower motors things?? If you are, then they're nothing but junk. The same goes for the Tornado Fuel saver contraption. They're all junk.

 

Right after adding HP by adding stickers, right?

Plain and simple, no they don't do anything. I mean honestly, just look at the name of it..."Turbonater"...come on that should be like the fricken name of some villian in an arnold swarczhangar (however you spell it) movie.
