Hardwiring V1 radar with provided wiring

I did a search on this and didn't really find any information that I was looking for. From what I researched, I want to tap into fuse #8 on the driver's side panel. This is what I got with my V1:

My question is, how do I get this into the fuse?

Do I have to go out and get some other piece that goes into the fuse I want to tap into, then connect that pictured end into it?

Ok get the female version of that type of end, and plug it into the back side of the fuse panel. There are 5 spots available. 1 or 2 of them are switched with ignition, 1 is on only with lights, and 1 or 2 are constant.
the one circled is for when the lights turn on but it shows where to plug them in on the back

Windshield Mount

Not familiar with a V1, but I have a Bell unit, suction mounted on the upper windshield, hard-wired into the power leads for the rearview mirror. These turn on and off with the ignition, give a clean installation, and is very difficult to see from outside the car.

I stripped the existing mirror leads after removing the overhead tray (4 screws), then soldered in the power leads, taped them up, re-installed the tray. The power wire actually exits the windshield frame/headliner.

I have done this on the CL I sold in October, and moved it to my 03 TL-s in November.

PS your power wire looks really big.
