I had a pro do it with me for help and it took about 4 hours...rear seats have to come out, etc... compressing the springs can be VERY dangerous...you should know what you are doing or at least have someone with you that knows hows (like i did )

i was just wondering myself...

i love modding my car, but ill be damned if i pay someone to do it for me...

i plan to do springs real soon, but i want to do them myself... i have a lift at a buddies house i can use, and he has air tools... until this moment, i didnt realize you had to compress the springs, which of cource, is obvious

Yeah I have some experience in lowering civics and what not. It is somewhat similar to the 6th gen Accord which I have done before. You will have to take the backseats out like mentioned above. You will need some swivels sockets for the rear. Its not difficult. Not sure what springs you're using but with the Eibach Pro-Kit I did not need the spring compressor while the H&R sports did require them since I couldnt push the spring far enough. It really helps if you have a friend tho.

me and my friend did my cars, and it was very straightfoward and relatively easy. i think it took abot 2 hours for us to finish, and it started raining as we were doing the back. we also installed the rear camber kit
