H&R Sport Springs

hey guys,
i just bought a set of H&R sport springs for my 2002 TL-P.
i'm in the process of looking for rims but don't have any
yet. i was just wondering if you think it'll look too funny
or be too low since i'm on my stock 16's. the only reason
i want to put them on is so i can let them settle, but i'm
going to have to pay more for install later for shocks.
what do you guys think? would it look too funny or
anything? thanks

Yea, it should be fine. But hopefully you will upgrade to either 17s or 18s in the near future. 16s are just too small for our cars.

On the TL-P, it may look good with the stock 16's, because of the sidewalls, making the wheel gap even look less.
But, there is no 'settling' in the springs. If anything, it would be the rubber mounts the springs sit on that would settle. So, I wouldn't worry about 'settling'.

thanks guys, i'm working on a deal with Valuetl
right now so the rims shouldn't take too long.
the only reason i don't want to put the springs
on is cause i don't want it to look too low. well,
we'll see... i'll post some pics when i get them on.

The bigger the wheel the harsher the ride and more susceptable to bending a rim. Really need to take into consideration the road conditions where you live, lots of folks around here didn't go with larger rims because of that.

Another consideration is the combination of springs and taller rims (smaller sidewall tires) is really going to stiffen up your ride as well.
