grinding noise while taking off and tcs light blinking

When i take off normal or hard I hear a grinding noise on front driver side wheel, it grinds twice and stops and my tcs light blinks twice and stops. I already took both front wheels off and check for anything loose but everything seems normal. i just put new upper control arms about 3 weeks ago. if anyone knows whats the problem can you please help. Thanks

are the front wheels spinning -breaking traction- attempted burnout? when this happens
if the brake system is called in to reduce wheel spin below 16 mph/25km the tcs light will blink as the brake rapidly works to slow faster wheel
System design is for starting on icy hill

Have you had the codes ckd?
I am going to guess a wheel speed sensor or 2 has failed thru age or damage during control arm install
Its easy enough to pull the wire loose inside its connector or from the sensor or simply corrode in salty areas

how are the axle boots? any tears let grease out and grit in
ck by slow turn from stopped. at full lock steering input -drive in a circle or 2 then the other way
any click click click? = cv axle bearing! straight line driving it may grind or whir
A mechanics stethoscope will help you find source

Wheels are not spinning. I can take off slowly and it still does it unless I turn off the tcs and occasionally the abs light turns on

From: Baja, México.
Double Check ABS Sensors... Might be loose (Being there, done that).
It happened to me when I replaced a wheel bearing.. One of the ABS sensors weren't tightened by the shop.
Throw VSA light party in the dash soon after leaving the shop.

What size tires do you have in the front ?
They should be the same.

wheel speed sensor AKA ABS sensor looks like the consensus

a rebuilt axle can fail the first day, an all brand new parts one can too!
takes a second to tear the rubber boot and kiss that bearing goodbye~

first thing I suspect = the last work done to the car

Yeah, if the TCS light was ok before the recent repairs, go over the work.
Maybe something got bumped out of adjustment or a connector is loose ?

we had some past reports of mostly east coast ziners--- road or ocean salt areas- where TL speed sensor cable rotted inside
