Well, according to the exhaust link above... it just saids that mods are needed to get it to fit ( http://www.acura-tl.com/search/resul...pageid=exhaust ). Doesn't really say how much. Probably some welding to line up the pipes.

As for power gains... like all axle-back exhausts you probably won't see more then 3-4hp tops.

shup peeps...

yupyup i got GReddy EVO's on my TL-S...there are some modifications that need to be done inorder for them to fit...this should be done at a muffler shop (cos welding is needed)...My application was from the AV6 tho...not sure if the CL-S app. is better? anyways what was done was the cat flange from the GReddy had to be modded cos the boltpattern from the cat is a somewhat different...they had sanded down the bolt holes from the GReddy cat flange so the bolt holes look like a U instead of an O...now the cat flange can now slide into the cat...now the next prob was the piping...it was short like 4" or so...they had to extend the piping from the first resonator..ever these two mods the EVO's bolted right on..thats it...but if you dont like how the cans hang a lil low..they can also mod the hangers to tuck the cans higher to the bumper....i chose to leave the hangers alone...doesnt look to low to me...hope this helps

here are some pix of how the cans look...

for this pic...dont mind the 99-01 TL rims...hehee
