Dropped my car off on saturday to Acura of Valley Stream for rear brake pad replacement. Parts and labor for the pads was $170.00. While the car was there, the service manager called me and told me that the rear rotors were also going to need to be replaced. I was thinking this was going to cost another $300-$400, but car is still under warrenty so they replaced rotors for free. The guy who test drove my car also heard a noise while accelerating, so they also replaced motor mounts free of charge. Once again Ac of Valley Stream went above and beyond to fix all the problems and provide excellent service. Just wanted to let you NYC guys know.

--They also opened an new dealership/service station. The garage is huge and state of the art.

I guess they changed service managers because I havent been there in a while due to their poor service. I might have to go back if I need something done then... this was all just before they opened their new facilities

yeah..I remeber you saying you got bad service there..they must have changed managers, because service is on another level now. they really take care of the car. Its hard to find a dealership in NYC thats not trying to rip you off.
