Smile Great Customer Service from Dealer

Last July my MBP TL-S got some acid rain spots on the trunk and hood but not on the spoiler or roof after being out in the rain for the first time. The dealer looked at it and offered to repaint the area's that were damaged. After carefull consideration of all the factors, and the damage really didn't look too bad unless you look real close, I declined the offer. The service manager then offered to give me free service or parts instead. I really don't need service on a new car so I just asked if they would give me a Comptech Exhaust System. He said he would have to check with the manager. Yesterday they called and said that the system was ordered and should be in next week and they would install it for free in liew of the warranty claim on the paint. Now that is what I call excellent service!!!! This dealer is OK in my book.

So. After the Comptechs are installed, you go down the road to the next Acura dealer and get some sways in lieu of paint, again. LOL
