Got smacked in the back by a Sierra
Well, there has to be some great force in the universe that will bring everything back to equilibrium!
I had just gotten Xpel Scotchcal installed on my front bumper on Saturday and then today on my way to work, just minding my own business at a red light and SMACK! I was surprised it did not do that much damage, his front license plate is the only thing that caused the damage. Just some minor scratches and paint loss around my license plate.
My question is can a body shop just touch up those places with an airbrush and not use that useless touch-up paint? The guy was nice and apologized and I know a new bumper would be pretty expensive.
Just add me to the growing list of TL's in a wreck recently.

Get it done right and have the bumper repainted. Trust me do it now or later on down the road!

That doesn't sound like a lot of damages. However since the other driver was at fault, why do you care about how much it will cost for the repair? Let his insurance company pay for that.

Well, that happened to me and my TL, too. But there were no scratches. He just hitted my licence plate.
Anyways, sorry to hear that. I kinda know how you feel, and I got scraches on my bumpers, too. (not from the same accident thought.)
